Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.
- Assess customer eligibility for ACA health insurance plans.
- Guide clients through enrollment and explain plan advantages clearly.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable with US night shifts.
- Graduates & Undergraduates both welcome.

Shift Details

- Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Walk-In Interview:
- Timing: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

Pay: ₹15,655.05 - ₹23,332.79 per month
