Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, reconciliations, and stock taking.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in finance operations and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance supervision.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in cash handling, reconciliation, inventory management, and stock taking procedures.
