Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automobile Finance Coordinator to manage vehicle finance activities and coordinate with customers, banks, and internal sales teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of vehicle finance applications and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate vehicle finance applications with customers and financial institutions.
- Collect, verify, and process customer finance and KYC documents.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of finance applications and status updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Communicate loan terms, documentation requirements, and processing updates to customers.




- Prepare daily/weekly finance reports and MIS.
- Follow up on pending disbursements and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and financial institution requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile finance, banking, NBFC, or a similar role.
- Experience in vehicle loan processing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with sales teams, banks, and customers.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
