About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts professional with an AI/ML, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics background to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in

Finance & Accounting along with an interest in using AI, analytics, and technology-driven tools to improve financial reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities l Handle day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities and maintain accurate financial records.

l Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.

l Support preparation and analysis of financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.

l Perform financial data analysis using Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.

l Use AI/ML and automation tools to improve repetitive finance and accounting processes.

l Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and anomalies in financial data.

l Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.

l Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and data collection.

l Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and reports.

l Assist senior management with data-driven financial insights and analysis.

l Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance and accounting activities.

Required Skills





Finance & Accounts l Robust understanding of Accounting and Finance fundamentals.

l Knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and basic financial analysis.

l Good understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting.

l Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.

AI / Analytics

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Analytics. Knowledge of any of the following is an advantage:

l Python l SQL l Power BI l Excel / Advanced Excel l Data Visualization l Generative AI tools

Financial Analytics l Automation tools

Eligibility l MBA Finance / MBA Finance & Accounts candidates preferred.

l Candidates with MBA Finance + AI/ML / Business Analytics / Data Analytics specialization are highly preferred.

l Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.

l Candidates with Finance/Accounts experience and additional AI/ML or analytics skills are also encouraged to apply.

l Strong analytical and numerical skills.

l Good communication and problem-solving skills.

l Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Hyderabad.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers: MBA Finance candidates with AI/ML, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics exposure.

1–3 Years Experience: Finance/Accounts professionals with experience in accounting, MIS, reporting, or financial analysis and exposure to AI/ML or analytics tools.
