We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience primarily in Finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting activities, reconciliations, payments, financial records and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Finance and Accounts activities, with primary focus on Finance operations.
- Manage cash flow, payment processing, and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Handle bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Record and verify purchase,



sales, expense and other accounting transactions.
- Prepare payment-related documents and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare regular finance-related MIS and reports for management.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance and accounting activities.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong preference for candidates with good hands-on experience primarily in Finance operations.
- Candidates should have practical experience in banking, payments, cash flow, reconciliations, vendor payments and financial transactions.
- Qualification: B.Com preferred; any graduate with relevant finance experience can be considered.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in manufacturing/automobile/engineering industries will be preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
