Role Description The Finance Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable standards. The role involves supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, assisting with financial reporting, and providing analysis to support management decision-making.

The Finance

Accountant will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations, handle accounts payable and receivable, and help implement best practices in accounting controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain high-quality financial records and reporting.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and financial principles relevant to corporate and advisory environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in line with applicable standards and regulations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reporting, and data analysis.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., Bcom, CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Mumbai.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate finance roles is beneficial.
