We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our premium LED lighting products across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new dealers and business opportunities.

- Meet dealers and potential customers to showcase our LED lighting products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.

- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

- Negotiate and close deals while achieving sales targets.

- Understand market requirements and provide feedback on competitors and trends.

- Travel to different locations across India for dealer meetings and business development.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Confident in meeting and interacting with new people.

- Adaptable and willing to learn.

- Willingness to travel across India.

- Experience in LED lighting, electrical products, or dealer/channel sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
