We are seeking an energetic, well-spoken, and proactive Field Sales & Business Development Executive to drive bulk networking and local B2B outreach for our authorized Honda store.

Your main mission will be to step out into the field, connect with key local decision-makers (industrial contractors, housing society committees, club authorities, event managers, and agricultural buyers), and generate bulk sales and service leads for Honda equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Outreach & Networking: Actively visit industrial plants, commercial establishments, residential housing societies, local clubs, and construction sites across Durgapur and Raniganj.
- Bulk Lead Generation: Build a robust database of corporate, commercial, and institutional contacts to secure bulk orders for Honda generators, lawn care equipment, and water pumps.
- Service Partnership Drives: Connect with local businesses and generator users to promote our certified Honda maintenance and repair services.
- Brand Representation: Present product features, conduct on-site product demonstrations, and distribute store marketing materials to key local figures.
- Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with leads, provide quotation updates, negotiate deals, and ensure long-term client relationships.





Requirements & Preferences

- Must Have a Bike: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for daily field travel.
- Communication & Personality: Outgoing, highly persuasive, and fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Education: No formal educational degree required—practical sales ability, communication, and field confidence are what matter most.
- Product Knowledge (Strong Bonus): Prior understanding or hands-on familiarity with mechanical products such as generators, water pumps, power tillers, agricultural machinery, or industrial tools is a major advantage.
- Local Area Knowledge: Familiarity with Durgapur and surrounding commercial zones.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month (Based on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive commission structure on bulk sales and service bookings.
- Travel Allowance: Fuel allowance provided for field visits.
