Field Sales Executive — Industrial Bearings (J&B; Brand)

Location: Chennai (Central & North), Ambattur, Guindy, Maraimalai Nagar, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Red Hills & Gummidipoondi and nearby industrial clusters

Job Type: Full time, Field Sales

Fixed Salary: Rs.22,000 – Rs.35,000 per month (based on experience) + unlimited incentives, no cap (top performers earn Rs.40,000 – Rs.80,000+ per month)

We are expanding across Chennai and nearby districts and want motivated field sales professionals for a long-term career in industrial sales.

Industries we serve: crusher plants & mining, rice mills & agro industries, cement & chemical units, engineering workshops, auto repair & spare parts dealers, manufacturing & pump units.

Products you will sell: ball bearings, roller bearings, pillow block bearings (UCF / UCP / UCFL), plummer blocks & adapter sleeves, V-belts and oil seals.

Territory is assigned based on your location. Preference for candidates with existing customer relationships in the area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Targets

- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Visit 20–35 prospective and existing customers daily in your territory
- Find and onboard new dealers, distributors,



workshops and factory maintenance teams
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up to close orders

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat orders
- Resolve customer complaints quickly with back-end team support
- Give basic technical guidance on bearing selection and application

3. Collections & Credit Discipline

- Collect outstanding payments on schedule and keep overdues low
- Coordinate with accounts on invoicing and payment confirmation

4. Brand Building & Market Intelligence

- Install signboards, banners and POP material at dealer locations; distribute catalogues
- Track competitor activity and pricing and report to management

5. Zoho CRM & Daily Reporting

- Use the Zoho CRM mobile app daily for geo-tagged check-ins, visit reports, follow-ups, order booking and collection tracking
- Full CRM training provided — no prior CRM experience required

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory

- Age 21–45 years (relaxable for experienced industrial sales candidates)
- Own bike + valid driving licence
- Android smartphone with internet
- Permanent local address; willing to travel daily in the territory




- Tamil fluency (mandatory); basic English preferred

Preferred background: bearings or industrial products sales, auto spare parts or lubricants, power transmission / pumps & motors, hardware or crusher equipment.

Freshers welcome — candidates with strong communication, positive attitude and desire to grow are encouraged to apply. Full product and sales training provided.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed salary Rs.22,000 – Rs.35,000 per month

- Year 4–6: Territory Sales In-Charge (Rs.50K–90K+)
- Year 6–9: Area Sales Manager (Rs.75K–1.5L+)
- Year 9–12: Regional Sales Manager (Rs.1.5L–3.5L+)
- Year 12+: National Sales Manager / Business Head
