Job Overview hiring HTO Executives to provide customers with a convenient doorstep eyewear experience. The role involves visiting customers at their location, assisting them with eyewear selection, conducting basic eye-power checks, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames and lenses.
- Conduct basic eye-power checks as per company process.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Convert customer appointments into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Update customer and sales details in the company system/app.
- Travel within the assigned Chennai territory.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 12th / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-facing and sales-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role.
- 1 month mandatory training in Bangalore.
- Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
