About Babblio

Babblio is an English-speaking practice platform that helps students improve their communication skills through AI practice, real-person conversations, group discussions, and speaking activities.

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can visit colleges, connect with students, promote the Babblio app, and drive app registrations and paid conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and student communities regularly.
- Promote the Babblio app directly to students.
- Approach students outside college campuses and explain the benefits of Babblio.
- Conduct student engagement and promotional activities.
- Generate new leads and convert them into app users and paying customers.
- Build relationships with college students, student coordinators, societies, clubs, and faculty members.
- Organize small promotional activities, demos, workshops, and speaking practice sessions.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, QR codes, and referral offers.
- Track daily visits, leads, registrations, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Collect student feedback and share market insights with the marketing and sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and user-acquisition targets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, field sales,



business development, marketing, or student outreach.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with students.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit colleges regularly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
