Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Engineer who thrives outside the office and enjoys meeting clients face-to-face. This is a completely field-oriented role focused on daily client visits, relationship building, business development, and identifying new opportunities in the market.

The ideal candidate should be confident, qualified, technically aware, and capable of representing the company in front of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit clients, factories, offices, and industrial sites on a daily basis.
2. Generate new business leads through field networking and direct outreach.
3. Build strong long-term client relationships.
4. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
5. Present company products, services, and solutions professionally.
6. Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
7. Maintain regular visit reports and sales pipeline updates.
8. Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.




9. Attend meetings, demos, and client discussions as company representative.
10. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
1. Experience in field sales / B2B sales / industrial sales preferred.
2. Strong communication and convincing skills.
3. Comfortable traveling daily for meetings.
4. Good personality with professional presentation skills.
5. Basic technical understanding preferred (Engineering / Automation / IT / Industrial solutions background is a plus).
6. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
7. Own vehicle preferred.
