Field Sales Executive – Earthing Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to confidently meet customers and explain technical products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, customer interaction and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, businesses, contractors, builders and project sites across South Delhi.
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
- Present and explain our earthing and electrical safety solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.




- Positive English speaking and communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about electrical earthing, grounding systems and related products.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent customer visits.
- Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) or car is required for field visits.
- Valid driving licence.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates who have experience in electrical products, construction, EPC, earthing, electrical contracting or B2B sales will be preferred.
