Job Responsibilities: Visit assigned properties/sites regularly and monitor daily operations. Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility staff. Ensure adequate manpower is deployed as per site requirements.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline. Coordinate staff replacements in case of absenteeism or manpower shortages. Check housekeeping and security work quality and ensure SOPs are followed.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify operational issues. Coordinate with Site/RM/Property Managers regarding daily requirements and concerns. Handle staff and client/resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor cleaning, hygiene, safety, and overall site standards. Coordinate with vendors and support teams for maintenance and operational requirements. Collect and submit daily attendance, manpower, inspection, and operational reports.

Support recruitment, joining, deployment, and training of field staff.



Ensure staff are properly trained regarding their duties and site instructions. Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.

Share daily updates with the management and escalate critical issues when required.
