We are hiring for the position of "Field Officer"

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Industry Preference: Security Services / Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards and housekeeping/facilities staff
- Able to visit pan-India for site visit
- Manage daily field operations and site visits
- Staff management and attendance monitoring
- Client coordination and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth security and facility service operations
- Maintain discipline, reporting, and compliance at sites

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Field Officer
- Experience in Security Services / Facility Management preferred
- Strong leadership and staff handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple sites and field teams efficiently
