Role & responsibilities

- Prepare, pack and verify devices, accessories and retail kits before dispatch.

- Maintain accurate inventory, device mapping and serial number records.

- Coordinate dispatches, track shipments and follow up with logistics partners for timely delivery.

- Manage device replacements, returns and recoveries while keeping inventory records updated.

- Provide post-go-live store support, coordinate with Technical Assistants and resolve device-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Field Operations or Inventory Management.

- Hands-on experience with devices, hardware, inventory or serial-number-based assets preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, inventory tracking and logistics coordination.

- Fluent in Hindi + two South Indian languages, preferably Kannada and Tamil.

- Comfortable with hands-on device handling, store support, dispatch, replacements and field operations.
