Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing qualified with 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably from an IT Services or Technology company .

Candidates can come from any technology domain . The role will focus on field marketing, demand generation, events, lead generation, and supporting sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
- Plan and manage industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify target accounts and markets.
- Execute ABM, demand-generation, lead-nurturing, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, partners, and vendors for marketing campaigns and events.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, email campaigns,



and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Support product launches, customer workshops, and partner marketing initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Field Marketing / B2B Marketing / Demand Generation / Regional Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in an IT Services, IT Consulting, SaaS, or Technology company.
- Candidates can be from any technology domain.
- Strong experience in B2B demand generation, events, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Good understanding of ABM, lead nurturing, pipeline generation, and campaign management.
- Strong communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and customer engagements.
