Job Summary A Field Executive handles on-ground customer acquisition, document collection, verification

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling: Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals

Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant

Identify and recommend products that meets the customer’s needs and the organization’s lending guidelines

Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along

Lead Generation & Sourcing: Visit potential customers, local businesses, or rural groups to pitch loan products (personal, microfinance, or home loans).

Document Collection & Verification: Collect KYC papers, income proofs, and application forms from client locations.



Perform physical residence or office verification.

Disbursement Support: Coordinate with the internal branch/processing team for file login, approval tracking, and smooth loan disbursement

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: 10th/12th pass or a Bachelor's degree.
- Travel: Two-wheeler (bike) ownership and a valid driving license are mandatory for daily local field commutes.
- Skills: Strong local language communication, basic smartphone literacy, and a target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of various loan products like Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Project Loan, etc will be of an added Value
- Valuable convincing skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under targets with enthusiasm and confidence.

Salary/Incentives

Personal/Home Loan/Business Loan

Salary – 18,000 to 25,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
