– Collection Executive

Position: Collection Executive for Indian bank

Qualification

Graduation is mandatory.

DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions for collection and recovery of overdue payments.

Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining a professional approach.

Follow up with customers through calls and field visits (if applicable).

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly collection targets and ensure timely resolution of accounts.

Required Skills





Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Target-oriented with a solid customer service mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory.

Valid DRA Certification is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and the local language.

Compensation

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's last drawn salary and in accordance with the applicable Basic Wages policy.

Maximum CTC: 30,000 per month.
