We are hiring Fiber Splicing Technicians for telecom and broadband network operations. The role involves fiber cable installation, splicing, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical fiber networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fiber optic cable splicing and termination.
- Carry out fiber jointing and restoration activities.
- Handle fusion splicing machines and related fiber tools.
- Perform OTDR testing and basic fiber fault identification.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot fiber optic cables.
- Identify cable faults and support timely network restoration.
- Conduct route/site visits for fiber installation and maintenance.
- Follow technical and safety procedures during field work.
- Maintain proper records of splicing, testing and fault-repair activities.




- Coordinate with supervisors and network teams for assigned work.

Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th
- Freshers with basic knowledge of fiber optics can apply.
- Experience in fiber splicing, FTTH, telecom or broadband is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
- Basic understanding of optical fiber cables and network equipment.
- Bike and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per location.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
