Responsible for generating sales leads through telephone calls, promoting hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events and packages, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquets, events, packages and other services.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain daily call and sales records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with good communication skills. Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/sales preferred with good English communication skills
