Job Summary

We are hiring Field Collection Officers to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent customer accounts through field interactions.

The role involves visiting customers, discussing overdue payments, obtaining payment commitments, maintaining collection records, and achieving assigned recovery targets while following applicable quality and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit delinquent and pre-delinquent customers regarding overdue payments.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Negotiate and obtain payment commitments from customers.
- Understand the reasons for payment defaults through customer interactions.
- Address customer queries related to products or services.
- Record customer interactions and field visit details in the collections CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and progress.
- Achieve assigned recovery and productivity targets.
- Maintain efficiency and productivity as per assigned benchmarks.




- Follow quality and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contribute to overall collections performance.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in collections, field collections, or tele-collections is required.
- DRA certification is mandatory.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a field-based role.
- Comfortable working with recovery targets and productivity requirements.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

Compensation Fixed Compensation: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,60,000

Performance-linked variable pay is also available based on recovery performance.
