Remuneration: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month (initial), scaling up to ₹120,000+/month upon advanced course progression

About the Role

The Green Pips Foundation (GPF) is expanding its institutional partnership program across schools and colleges. We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve as GPF Educational Interns & Liaisons. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between newly collaborating educational institutions and our central Educational Enhancement Committee, helping establish local Empowerment Hubs and anchoring our signature zero-cost FEES Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Link & Liaison: Coordinate closely with assigned local schools and colleges to facilitate partnership onboarding and meetings.
2. Community & Resource Support: Help identify and gather local resources needed to establish Empowerment Hubs near partner institutions.
3. Empowerment Facilitation: Guide students and stakeholders through the fundamentals of the gamified FEES learning and earning process.
4. Personal Growth: Undergo continuous training while balancing your own FEES course modules and practical life-goal planning.

1. Background: Educationists, retired teachers, passionate educators,



and social work enthusiasts.
2. Location: Residing in or around the regional areas where our partner schools and colleges are located.
3. Mindset: Deep interest in learning a revolutionary life-skills framework and a strong willingness to work closely with academic institutions.

Selection Criteria & Growth Pathway

1. Brief Selection Process: Evaluation of your interest, background, and dedication to community empowerment.

1. Induction & Training: A comprehensive 1-week online/onsite induction program introducing the deep empowerment aspects of the FEES process.

1. Continuous Mentorship: Work under the close observation and daily assistance of a dedicated FEES Coordinator.

1. Career & Financial Growth: Start with an initial remuneration of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month during your probation and Basic Course completion. As you progress through advanced courses and complete your internship, you can scale up to ₹1,20,000+/month, along with the full advantages of the FEES Initiative (including life goal-based corpus funds).
