- Hands-on experience with FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.x
- Strong knowledge of log analysis, issue investigation, and debugging
- Positive understanding of FEBA database tables
- Experience in handling production incidents and application support activities
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities - Provide application support for FEBA-based applications
- Analyze application logs and investigate reported issues
- Perform debugging and identify the root cause of incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelines
- Support day-to-day operational and application activities
- Coordinate with development and other technical teams for issue resolution when required Candidate Profile Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in FEBA Application Support and FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.x are preferred. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
