Job Summary :

The F&B; Executive coordinates daily dining services, manages floor staff, handles guest feedback, and maintains inventory. You will bridge the gap between upper management, the kitchen, and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Operations Supervision: Oversee daily activities in restaurants, bars, lounges, and special events.
- Staff Management: Conduct daily briefings, assign shifts, train new servers, and monitor team performance.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, walk the floor during peak hours, and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Quality & Hygiene Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service and storage areas.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with periodic audits, and order supplies as needed.
- Cross-Department Coordination:



Work closely with the Head Chef regarding menu updates, daily specials, and special dietary requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in F&B; service or hospitality supervision.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, active listening, problem-solving, and transparent verbal communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) software, inventory workflows, and basic food safety standards.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
