Key responsibilities:

- Take room-service orders by telephone and accurately record guest requirements.

- Explain the menu, ingredients, portion sizes, and available promotions when required.

- Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service team.

- Set up food and beverages on trays or trolleys according to hotel standards.

- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally.

- Check the order for accuracy, presentation, temperature, and completeness before delivery.

- Present the order to the guest and explain the items when necessary.

- Process payments or obtain the appropriate room signature/charge confirmation.

- Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of IRD equipment, trays, trolleys, and service areas.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special occasions professionally.





- Follow hotel SOPs, food-safety procedures, and upselling standards.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and Stewarding when necessary.

- Prepare daily reports and maintain records of orders and revenue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
