Job Summary

Kaya Gantavya Resorts & Spa, Pelling, Sikkim, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B; Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth food and beverage operations while delivering excellent service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide courteous and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely serving of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of the restaurant and dining areas.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and minimizing wastage.




- Support the F&B; team in day-to-day restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and guest-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and flexible shifts.
