- Position: Production Manager / Production Coordinator

- Work Mode: On-site

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday

- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

- Experience: Prior experience in fashion/apparel production and fabric & material sourcing preferred

- Manage end-to-end production operations, from sampling and material sourcing to final garment delivery.

- Coordinate and manage tailors, masterji, pattern makers, and production teams.

- Plan and monitor daily production to ensure orders are completed within timelines.

- Have strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, trims, garment construction, quality, and finishing.

- Ensure timely availability of all materials required for production.

- Coordinate the complete production workflow and ensure smooth communication between design, sourcing, tailoring, quality, and dispatch teams.

- Monitor quality, measurements, fitting, finishing, alterations, and rework.

- Maintain production schedules, daily updates, material records, and basic costing and inventory tracking.

- Coordinate sampling, fittings, approvals, packing, and dispatch.





- Be present during shoots when required and ensure all garments are properly prepared and shoot-ready.

- Manage production priorities and resources efficiently to improve productivity, quality, and cost control.

- Support the business in building a reliable and scalable production process as the brand grows.

Requirements

- Experience in fashion/apparel production management.

- Strong practical knowledge of fabrics, materials, trims, garment construction, and finishing.

- Experience managing tailors, vendors, suppliers, and production workflows.

- Solid sourcing and negotiation skills.

- Excellent coordination, follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

- Commercial understanding of production costs, material utilization, quality, and timelines.

- Ability to contribute to building efficient production systems that support business growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
