- 10+ years of experience in the Fashion Industry
- Experience as Fashion Designer / Brand Founder / Creative Director / Merchandising Head / Production Head / Fashion Consultant / Buying & Sourcing Professional
- Strong understanding of the complete fashion lifecycle design, textiles, sourcing, production, merchandising, retail, and brand building
- Candidates with entrepreneurial experience or leadership exposure in fashion brands will be preferred
