We are hiring a responsible and well-organised FASHION DESIGNER who can develop original women’s ethnic /Party wear collections and handle customer customisation, manage daily production, customer orders, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Create recent and original dress designs (not reference copying)
- Develop embroidery patterns and design concepts
- Prepare sketches and production-ready designs
- Handle customer customisation (colour, neck, sleeves, length & pattern)
- Coordinate daily cutting, embroidery, stitching & packing
- Assign daily work to production staff and follow up until completion
- Track orders and maintain production sheets
- Handle new website orders and order verification
- Attend customer calls and provide order updates
- Reply to customer emails and maintain dispatch records
- Update tracking details and delivery status
- Prepare daily production & WORK report

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
