Factory Manager Location: Experience: 15+yrs The Factory Manager is responsible for leading overall plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing while meeting customer requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on operational excellence, people leadership, continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory compliance. Lead and manage daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.

Develop and lead plant managers and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Foster a robust safety culture and support employee development and training.

Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required. Manage operational risks and lead crisis response activities when needed.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Progressive experience in manufacturing and operations management, including prior leadership roles. Strong knowledge of plant operations, production management, and continuous improvement methodologies.





Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance. Understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence experience. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
