Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall factory operations, including production, processing, packaging, and dispatch.

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and resources.

- Maintain quality, hygiene, food safety, and manufacturing standards.

- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.

- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.

- Manage and guide factory workers, supervisors, and production staff.

- Ensure compliance with factory, labour, safety, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and manpower requirements.

- Maintain production records, MIS reports, stock records, and operational documentation.

- Handle operational issues and take timely corrective actions to avoid production delays.

- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, processes, quality, and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
