The company operates a large, 34-acre manufacturing facility in Daman (U.T.) and maintains its corporate office in Mumbai, serving clients across the nation. The facility is equipped with advanced, flexible manufacturing systems that enable high-volume, customized furniture solutions for major organizations in both public and private sectors, particularly in IT and BFSI.

Eurocoustic holds multiple ISO certifications, OHSAS compliance, BIFMA international membership, and green building recognitions such as GRIHA and IGBC, supported by an in-house certified testing and calibration laboratory. Role Description The Factory Head is a full-time, on-site role based at the Daman manufacturing facility. This role oversees end-to-end factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery of modular furniture projects.

The Factory

Head manages cross-functional teams, optimizes workflows and resource utilization, and enforces safety, environmental, and compliance standards aligned with ISO, OHSAS, and other certifications. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production KPIs, resolving operational issues, coordinating with corporate and project teams,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with adaptable manufacturing principles. The role also involves budget management, vendor coordination, and mentoring team members to maintain a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong factory operations and production management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and environmental compliance, preferably with exposure to ISO, OHSAS, and similar certifications.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams, resolving conflicts, and building a performance-driven culture.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in manufacturing technologies and equipment, ideally within furniture, modular systems, or related industrial manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with corporate offices, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field, and prior experience as a factory head, plant manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), and familiarity with sustainability and green building standards
