Experience: 9.5 years to 15 years

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Relations.

Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Additional qualification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations will be an advantage.

Experience & Requirements

9.5–15 years of overall HR experience with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.

Minimum 5 years in a managerial HR role.

Experience handling a large workforce preferred.

Robust experience in Industrial Relations, Labour Compliance, Contract Labour and Factory HR Operations is essential.

Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electrical/Electronics, Engineering or similar manufacturing industries preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage factory HR operations and work closely with senior plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, including attendance, leave, shifts, payroll coordination and HR records.

Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and workforce deployment based on production requirements.





Manage employee relations, industrial relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workforce discipline.

Manage contract labour, including manpower deployment, attendance, wages and compliance.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Working Hours and Contract Labour requirements.

Monitor absenteeism, overtime, manpower utilisation and workforce costs.

Drive employee productivity, performance management, training and development initiatives.

Lead employee engagement, welfare and workplace communication activities.

Prepare HR MIS covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, recruitment, productivity, contract labour and compliance.

Coordinate internal, statutory and external HR audits and implement corrective actions.

Partner with the Plant Head, Production, Quality, Finance and other functional teams on people-related matters.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
