Fabric & Trims In-Charge –

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete inward, storage, issuance and control of fabric and trims.
- Receive fabric and trims against PO, PI and approved purchase documents.
- Verify quantity, quality, colour, shade, GSM, width, composition and specifications as applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Merchandising and Inventory teams.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric and trims stock, inward, outward, consumption and balance.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified, labelled, segregated and stored.
- Issue fabric and trims to production strictly against approved requisition/job card.
- Monitor fabric consumption, wastage, shortages and excess usage and report deviations to management.
- Maintain proper lot/roll-wise tracking of fabric wherever required.




- Coordinate with the Quality team for fabric inspection and rejection/shortage reporting.
- Ensure timely availability of required fabric and trims as per production schedules.
- Track pending material, shortage, replacement and vendor-related issues.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Ensure proper use of Wizaap/ERP/Inventory system for all material transactions.
- Maintain documentation for PO, GRN, material issue, return, transfer and stock adjustment.
- Prevent unauthorized material movement and maintain proper material accountability.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors for quality issues, shortages, replacements and pending deliveries.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and FIFO/stock rotation wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
