- Handle complete fabric process from yarn issue to finished fabric inward.
- Issue yarn to outside knitting units and maintain proper yarn issue records.
- Follow up with knitting suppliers/job workers for timely fabric production.
- Monitor yarn consumption, balance yarn and reconciliation.
- Follow up knitting programme based on production requirements.
- Check fabric quantity, GSM, width, construction, colour/lot details and required quality parameters.
- Coordinate grey fabric / processed fabric movement as required.
- Ensure completed fabric is received back into the company with proper documentation.
- Verify fabric inward quantity against yarn issued and knitting/processing records.
- Control shortages, excess consumption, wastage and discrepancies.
- Maintain fabric stock, inward/outward and supplier/job-worker records.
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Production, Stores, Quality and Purchase teams.




- Follow up suppliers/job workers independently and ensure fabric is available according to production plan.
- Take complete responsibility for Yarn → Knitting → Fabric Follow-up → Fabric Inward.

Candidate Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in knitted fabric / garment manufacturing. Strong practical knowledge of yarn, knitting, fabric construction, GSM, dia/width, consumption and fabric quality is required.

Candidate should have solid knowledge of the Tiruppur knitting/fabric supply chain, good supplier follow-up skills, documentation knowledge and the ability to independently handle multiple fabric programmes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
