nRole Overview

nWe are seeking a highly experienced F&A; Solutions Leader to drive strategic solutioning and business development initiatives across global Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in F&A; Business Process Services (BPS), solution architecture, digital transformation, and consultative selling, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and lead large-scale deal pursuits across global markets.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end FAO solution design strategies for global clients.
n
- Engage with CFOs, CXOs, and business leaders to address finance transformation and outsourcing objectives.
n
- Support large deal pursuits and contribute to annual TCV growth targets.
n
- Develop cutting-edge solutions leveraging automation, analytics, AI, and industry-leading transformation tools.
n
- Gather client requirements and create scalable operating models, implementation plans,



and business cases.
n
- Lead a team of 5–10 senior solution professionals across regions.
n
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, transformation, and technology teams to develop winning proposals.
n
- Track industry trends and support analyst interactions to strengthen market positioning.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience:

n

n
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 5–8 years in FAO solutioning and consulting
n
- Experience in global markets including North America, Europe, UK, and APAC.
n
- Knowledge of FP&A;, EPM, BI, data management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
n

nQualifications:

n

n
- MBA (Finance), CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
n
- Relevant certifications in FP&A;, EPM, Finance Transformation, or Digital Finance solutions are preferred.
n
