Experienced Trucking Permit, IRP & IFTA Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Trucking Permit & Compliance Specialist with strong practical knowledge of U.S. trucking permits, IRP, IFTA, and DOT compliance.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. trucking compliance
- Complete knowledge of trucking permits and state-specific requirements
- Experience with oversize/overweight permits
- Experience with IRP registration, renewals, apportioned plates, cab cards, and updates
- Experience preparing and filing IFTA quarterly returns
- Knowledge of IFTA mileage, fuel purchases, taxable miles, and fuel tax calculations
- Experience with USDOT, MC authority, state permits, and DOT compliance
- Handle permit applications, renewals, and documentation independently




- Maintain accurate records for permits, IRP, IFTA, and compliance documents
- Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and trucking industry requirements
- Ability to work with multiple trucking companies and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and valuable communication skills
- Must be able to handle IRP and IFTA filing from start to finish with minimal supervision

Preferred Candidate: The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience and full working knowledge of U.S. trucking permits, IRP, IFTA filing, and DOT compliance.
