We are looking for an experienced Export/Import Operations and Banking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking finance and logistics, particularly in handling letters of credit, bank guarantees, and hedging. This role involves managing the complete export and import process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating the movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procedures for export and import, including customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and check all necessary import and export documents, including letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to arrange transportation logistics for the movement of goods.
- Handle banking documentation related to international trade, including hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee DGFT-related tasks, including obtaining licenses such as RoDTEP and EPCG.




- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Liaise with suppliers, customs officials, and internal teams to resolve issues related to shipments and documentation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in export/import operations, banking finance, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of letters of credit, bank guarantees, and hedging practices.
- Robust understanding of customs regulations and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with DGFT regulations and licensing requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
