Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Mansurchak. The Executive will support daily branch operations, including handling policy documentation, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate data entry in company systems.

Responsibilities include assisting in underwriting and claims-related processes, preparing regular reports for management, and maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, facilitating smooth service delivery, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business targets.



The Executive is expected to uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service while contributing to the efficiency of the Mansurchak office.

- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation, records, and reporting accurately.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and a professional approach to client interaction.

- Candidates should possess problem-solving and time management skills, with the capacity to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with general insurance concepts, regulatory norms, and local market practices will be beneficial for success in this role.
