Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily F&B; service operations efficiently.
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen/bar team for timely service.
- Maintain proper standards of food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor table setup, service areas, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining daily sales, billing, and operational records.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Support the F&B; Manager/Supervisor in achieving sales and service targets.
- Train and guide junior service staff when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B;, restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
