Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Procurement of electronic, electrical and mechanical components/materials

- End-to-end Purchase Order processing

- Vendor identification, development and evaluation

- RFQ floating, quotation comparison and commercial evaluation

- Price and delivery negotiations

- Preparation of comparative statements and procurement recommendations

- Expediting critical materials and monitoring delivery schedules

- Coordination with Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance and Project teams

- Handling shortages and ensuring material availability as per production/project schedules

Experience in procuring items such as:

- ICs, semiconductors and electronic components

- PCB / PCBA

- Connectors, cables and wiring harnesses

- RF / microwave components





- Power supplies and electrical items

- Electromechanical components

- Machined and fabricated parts

Technical & Functional Competencies

- ERP/SAP-based procurement processes

- PR-to-PO process

- Purchase order management

- Vendor management

- Inventory basics and lead-time management

- Cost analysis and commercial comparison

- Incoterms and basic import procurement knowledge

- Basic understanding of GST and commercial terms

- Understanding of quality documentation such as CoC, test certificates, inspection requirements, etc.
