Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

- Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

- Sales Execution: Give product presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.

- Team Support: Mentor junior sales team members and help set achievable sales quotas.

- Reporting: Track daily metrics, manage the CRM database, and present sales forecasts to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales.

- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
