Role Description The Executive – PL – Emerging role is a full-time, in office position based in Chaibasa. The role involves managing personal loan (PL) customers in emerging markets, including prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management to drive portfolio growth and quality.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, explaining product features and terms, processing applications, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Executive will track daily performance metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and support collections and customer service activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.



The role also requires active participation in local market development initiatives, collaboration with branch and cross-functional teams, and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and achieving assigned targets.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and interpret data and performance reports.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage multiple cases, maintain records, and ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards.
- Comfort with using computers, mobile applications, and standard office software for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in retail lending or NBFC/BFSI will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local market in and around Chaibasa, and the ability to travel locally as required for customer visits and field activities.
