Position description: Jindal Stainless Limited, a leading entity in the Mining & Metals industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Warehouse department. The role demands a qualified who can efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory control, timely dispatch, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the overall supply chain to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to ensure smooth workflow.

- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with business requirements.

- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

- Manage warehouse staff schedules, training,



and performance to optimize productivity and maintain a motivated workforce.

- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and generate operational reports.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to minimize damage and loss.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse processes and recommending enhancements.

- Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures related to warehouse operations.
