Salary: range CTC 25,000 to 35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.




- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.
- Prepare basic recruitment MIS reports.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods, especially Naukri.com, for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Basic interviewing skills
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities

Qualification Graduate in any discipline. BBA/MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
