Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter cum Generalist with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from the Food & Beverage, Café, or Restaurant industry, to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for café and office positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and outlet teams.
- Complete joining formalities and onboarding.

HR Generalist Activities

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
- Support payroll inputs and monthly attendance verification.
- Manage employee joining, transfer, resignation, and exit processes.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.




- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage / Café / Restaurant industry preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and outlet-level manpower.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Willingness to travel to outlets when required.

Education: MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com / Any relevant HR qualification preferred. Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
