- Admission:Handle cashless admission process for CGHS, ECHS, ESI, Railway beneficiaries.Check eligibility, valid card, referral letter, and entitlement as per scheme.Upload documents and take online/offline approvals from respective Govt. portals (CGHS Portal, ECHS, etc.).Coordinate with consultants and emergency team for emergency admission approvals.2. Billing &
- Documentation:Prepare IPD bills strictly as per CGHS NABH / Non-NABH rates and MOUs.Ensure proper documentation - Referral Memo, Card Copy, ID Proof, Clinical Notes, Investigation Reports, Implant Invoices &
- Stickers.Submit physical and online bills to respective departments (CGHS - Additional Director Office, ECHS - Polyclinic / Station HQ, Railways - CMS Office).3. Liasioning &
- Follow-up:Regular visit to CGHS / ECHS / Railway / ESI offices for bill submission,



query resolution and payment follow-up.Maintain good relationship with CGHS/ECHS/Railway dealing officers.Resolve queries, rejections, and deductions raised by Govt. departments.4. Coordination:Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, MRD and Billing for complete file.Coordinate with patients / attendants for required documents and explain scheme rules.Update HOD and Management about pending approvals and receivables.5. Records &
- MIS:Maintain proper record of all Govt. TPA patients - Admission Register, Bill Submission Register, Payment Tracker in Excel.Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report for pending bills, received payments and deduction analysis.Ensure TAT compliance for approvals and bill submission.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
