Job Responsibilities

- Connect with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate

guidance regarding the product and services.
- Assist customers during onboarding and ensure smooth product setup and usage.
- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or other communication

channels.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Guide customers on product features and help them utilize the platform effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Keep track of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Inform customers about relevant product updates, benefits, and available solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of customer requests and maintain service quality standards.

Skills Required: Business Communications , Customer Interaction , Customer Service , voice process , Cold Calling , customer support

Candidate Attributes

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Customer-focused mindset with solid problem-solving ability.




- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer handling processes.
- Good verbal and strong email communication.
- Good understanding of MS Excel.
- Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th standard.
