Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, such as preparing and reviewing expense reports, overseeing executive support, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination. The role requires maintaining organized schedules, managing communications,



and ensuring smooth workflow for the executive team through effective administrative assistance.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in providing Executive Support and managing tasks for senior leadership
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Package for this role is upto 50k only.
